Automatic welding of cylindrical battery pack.

•    Adopting downward spot welding method to ensure welding quality;
•    The automatic grinding electrode function and detecting the length of the electrode, automatically compensate for the height during welding pressure, extend the service life of the electrode, and do not need to frequentiy adjust the height of the electrode;
•    Universal equipment that can be used as samples and for production. Both large and small battery packs can be welded， with small molds automatically flipping and large molds manually flipping;
•    Battery pack≤ 150(W) X100 (D) X 80 (H)mm automatic welding (automatic flipping) on both sides;
•    For large battery packs ≤ 350(W)X210 (D) X80 (H) mm, weld one side and manually flip before welding the other side;
•    It can store 200 sets of product modeI software and achieve one button changeover.
