The entire machine is equipped with 2 sets of visual systems. Upper visual detect the position of the staps in the vibration box and guide the SCARA robot to grasp it.
Lower visual inspect the straps for deformation and guide the robot to perform secondary positioning and precise assembly.
Fast assembly speed, approximately 1.8 seconds per strap.

Equipment technical characteristics:
• Spread the entire bag of straps flat on the feecing belt.
• The entire machine is equipped with 2 sets of visual systems. Upper visual detect the position of the staps in the vibration box and guide the SCARA robot to grasp it.
Lower visual inspect the straps for deformation and guide the robot to perform secondary positioning and precise assembly.

• The equipment automatically packages the batteries coming out of the sorting machine into the welding mold and closes the welding covers on both sides.
• It can store 200 sets of product formula parameters and achieve one button changeover.
