Product Description
Suitable for the fully automatic production of tool-type battery PACK (with no more than 20 cells per unit). The equipment functions include: cell loading and sorting, cell insertion into brackets, automatic connection tab installation, automatic spot welding, automatic protection board installation and fixation, automatic glue application, automatic soldering, semi-finished product testing, housing assembly, labeling and laser engraving, and finished product testing.
Product Highlights
The entire production line is fully automated, requiring only the configuration of loading and appearance inspection personnel.
It is compatible with 18650 cells, as well as multiple products such as 5S1P, 5S2P, and 5S3P.
The automatic installation of connection pieces enables compatibility with nickel and copper sheets (the product structure design needs to be optimized accordingly).
The entire line's data is stored on the local computer, which can be captured by MES.
The entire line can be quickly reconfigured and reconfigured within 2 hours.
