Production Line Description:
This production line is suitable for the production of tool-type battery packs on the pack line. It completes the assembly process from individual cells to the pack, including cell sorting, balance testing + insertion into brackets, automatic insertion of nickel sheets + insertion into molds, automatic spot welding + removal from molds + reinsertion into molds, automatic application of NTC glue, automatic soldering, soldering inspection, automatic installation of springs + insertion of the battery pack into the shell + locking screws, automatic final testing + laser marking, automatic labeling, and appearance inspection.
Equipment technical features:
The entire production line equipment is capable of achieving fully automatic assembly and testing. The production line is equipped with 2 inspection stations. The production line data is stored on the local computer and can be retrieved by MES.

Voltage: AC 220V/380V 50HZ;
Total line power: approximately 10-12KW
Air pressure: 0.5 - 0.1MPa
Air flow: approximately 1.5m'/min
5S1P production capacity: approximately 500 - 550 packs per hour
