I. Customized Packaging Solution Design

Before shipment, a specialized team is formed to develop a packaging solution based on the product's size, shape, weight, fragility level, precision, and special storage requirements (such as anti-magnetic, constant temperature), combined with the transportation distance and transportation method (land transport / sea transport / air transport). The solution is formulated to pass simulation transportation vibration tests and drop tests, ensuring compliance with the GB/T 4857 series transportation packaging standards and international ISTA packaging test requirements, thereby eliminating transportation risks from the very beginning.

II. Customized Solid Wood Packaging Boxes

The boxes are made of high-strength plywood that complies with the IPPC/ISPM 15 international quarantine standards. They are precisely cut and assembled according to the actual size of the products. Internal reinforcement crossbars, anti-slip bases, and positioning slots are added to ensure that the products do not have any displacement space within the box. The thickness of the wood box panels is ≥ 15mm, and its load-bearing capacity is 30% higher than that of conventional wooden boxes, suitable for the transportation of heavy equipment and oversized products.

III. Multi-level Internal Protection and Fixation

Core Protection: Electrical components and precision components are precisely wrapped with customized EVA foam molds (to fit the product outline), high-density pearl cotton buffer layers are added to key parts, and anti-static EVA film is wound around the outer layer to form "hard protection + soft cushion" dual protection;

Fixation and Reinforcement: High-strength galvanized spiral straps are used to cross-fix the components at multiple points, and anti-slip rubber pads are used to prevent components from loosening due to vibration during transportation;

Gap Filling: The remaining space inside the box is filled with environmentally friendly cushioning air columns or inflatable bags to achieve full coverage without any blind spots, absorbing the impact energy during transportation and reducing collision damage.

IV. Targeted Moisture-proof and Anti-corrosion Protection

Domestic Transportation: The exterior of the wooden box is fully covered with thick rainproof fabric (with a waterproof rating of ≥ IPX5), the seams are sealed with waterproof tape, and a moisture-proof pad is added at the bottom to prevent product moisture due to rainy days or humid environments;

Sea Transport / Cross-border Transportation: On the basis of the rainproof fabric, a vacuum packaging layer + food-grade desiccant (≥ 50g per cubic meter) + rust-proof oil paper are added for triple protection. The inner wall of the wooden box is painted with a moisture-proof and anti-corrosion coating to effectively resist the erosion of high humidity and high salt spray environments in the ocean.

V. Standardization + Customization of Identification System

Each packaging box is marked according to the following standards:

Mandatory Marking: Product name, specification model, gross weight / net weight, volume, center of gravity point, "upward" "fragile" "moisture-proof" "prohibition of stacking" and other international common warning signs (in line with ISO 780 standards);

Customized Marking: Exclusive content such as order number, project name, recipient information is printed according to customer requirements;

Tracking Marking: A QR code / barcode with a logistics tracking code is pasted, linking the entire product transportation chain information, making it convenient to query in real time.

VI. Full-Chain Logistics Collaborative Guarantee

Partners: Select domestic / international first-class logistics service providers with qualifications for transporting dangerous goods (if necessary), and sign special transportation agreements to clearly define transportation responsibilities and compensation standards;

Transport Monitoring: Provide "start point - transit - end point" full-process visual tracking services. Through GPS positioning and node scanning to update the logistics status, abnormal situations (such as delays, damage) are actively warned and solutions are synchronized within 2 hours;

Value-added Services: For international transportation, provide customs clearance document assistance (such as packing list, origin certificate); for domestic transportation, support door-to-door delivery; upon arrival, provide packaging removal guidance, and assist customers in handling claims if there is transportation damage, ensuring efficient problem resolution.
